Judi Tavill’s work focusses on duality as she creates ceramic abstracted sculptures that connect and entangle. She emphasize states of protected and possessed energy enlivening the surface to complete the journey between synergy and tension. Tavill approaches her work with the freedom to use both traditional and nontraditional materials such as graphite and paint to achieve her artistic goals.
